The reason for it is raw material shortage. During this period most of the stuff will receive 2/3 of its usual wage, but any time the production process may be resumed.
According to Vasiliy Preminin, managing director of Investlesprom holding, which also includes Segezhskiy CBK, the reason for financial deficit doesn’t lay in in production sphere - 2011 was the best year for last decade. But all cash reserves are taken out in satisfaction of a debt by creditors. AT this moment both sides try to find the way out from the current situation.
